Here is a test of the Collecta API Javascript/widget.
The widget supports iframes because many blog clients (and other tools) won’t allow placing javascript in a post. But if you can write Javascript, it’s easy to set a few variables and just include the collectawidget.js file (see collectatest.html).
This code is also easily adaptable to other situations such as Windows sidebar widgets, etc.
